1. Services

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your current billing period unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change our prices with notice provided to you in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

Our website, services, and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by AI Assistant for Business, our licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our express written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing our services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
  • The User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
  • The User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

7. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Assistant for Business and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Assistant for Business and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration laws of Ontario.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or eliminated if no such modification is possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Assistant for Business regarding our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral.
